R n' R Hour
Mondays 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Typically meaning rest and relaxation, we will be doing no such thing as we RECHARGE ourselves after a week of work or a weekend of play and REGAIN our fitness. Designed to be dynamic and adaptable, this class can be modified to allow you to have a great active recovery workout, a challenging workout to test your limits, or a general workout to get you back into the shape.
Kettlebell 101
Saturdays 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
If you’re really looking to challenge your entire body and improve your strength and stamina, you should definitely check this course out. In this course we will learn proper technique for performing the ever popular “swing” and “turkish getup”. It will incorporate several other exercises all with the Russian kettlebell for a killer workout to fire up all those muscles you didn't even know you had.
Foam Roller Essentials
Wednesdays 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Learn how this wonderful tool can be used to apply self-massage techniques for those tight areas and improve your overall range of motion. This course will touch on proper techniques for rolling out both the upper and lower body and will be sure to leave you with a skill you will never want to stop practicing.
Deadlift Academy
Mondays 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Wednesdays 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
The Deadlift. Quite possibly the single best compound movement with the most application and benefit to real life...if done correctly. In this Deadlift clinic you will learn the do’s and don'ts for performing this exercise, the benefits this exercise has to offer, as well as proper technique for variations of this exercise.
Amplified Agility
Wednesdays 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Whether you need help with that explosive start, quick deceleration, or hairpin turns, this agility clinic will teach you some of the basics as well as advanced drills to build your coordination and bring you to that star performance level.
Body Transformation Bootcamp
Saturdays 10:00 AM -11:00AM
This bootcamp is comprised of several exercises designed to target the entire body and is sure to give even the experienced a fantastic workout. But dont let the word bootcamp intimidate you, this class is designed for all experience levels. Take the class at a fast pace or slow down your movements for a great recovery workout. Body Transformation Bootcamp is your ticket to better mobility, strength, endurance, and all around athleticism.
